Terms of Service

1. The Service

Listing Pro AI provides AI-generated property listing descriptions for Airbnb, VRBO, MLS, and other real estate platforms. You submit property details through our intake form and receive an AI-generated listing description by email within approximately 60 seconds.

The service is provided on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Starter: $49/month — up to 10 listings per month
• Pro: $97/month — up to 50 listings per month
• Agency: $247/month — unlimited listings per month

All plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until Day 8.

2. Account and Subscription

To use Listing Pro AI you must provide a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access code and any credentials provided to you.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion in cases of service failure. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@listing-pro.ai within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4. Your Content and Our Content

Your inputs: The property details you submit remain yours. We do not claim ownership of information you provide.

Generated listings: The AI-generated listing descriptions delivered to you are yours to use, edit, publish, and distribute as you see fit. You may use them on any platform including Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, MLS, and personal websites.

Our rights: We may use anonymized, aggregated examples of generated listings to improve our service and for marketing purposes. We will never identify you or your specific property without your consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Listing Pro AI to:

• Generate listings for properties you do not own or manage or have authority to list
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive property listings
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our system
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Ash Ryben Consulting Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Listing Pro AI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the property of Ash Ryben Consulting Inc. You may not use our name or branding without written permission except to describe your use of the service.

9. Affiliate Program

We operate an affiliate program through Rewardful. Affiliates earn 20% commission on payments from customers they refer. Affiliate commissions are paid monthly once the minimum threshold of $50 is reached. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program with 30 days notice. Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
